Osbornes have carried out initial designs for a new village hall to Severn Stoke to replace the existing building that has fallen into disrepair.
The proposal raises the floor level of the building above the new flood defence level to ensure that the Village Hall is safeguarded from localised flooding that has become an ever-growing concern due to changes in climate and increased numbers of flood events.
The building provides a simple solution to maximise views and provide a space for the local community.
