Osbornes were appointed as Architect works at the Manchester Palace Theatre. Works were focused on providing fresh air into the auditorium space that suffered from overheating issues.
The building is Grade II Listed and therefore works required careful planning to establish services routes and location of the air handling units. The auditorium required a complex internal scaffold to install new ducts and carry out repairs to the existing ceiling.
