SOUTH LODGE

Osbornes Architects undertook a very challenging brief to extend the existing Lodge building to the entrance of Dumbleton Hall. The project involved the creation of a large single storey extension with basement to accommodate additional bedrooms and a new kitchen and living area.
The building itself is Grade II listed and sits within the conservation area meaning that obtaining planning for such a large addition involved careful design and planning and numerous discussions with the conservation officer to secure the consent.
