Osbornes Architects achieved panning for a new family home within the Malvern Hills Conservation Area. The project required a creative approach to meet the clients requirement for a contemporary house whilst delivering a scheme that sat comfortably within the historic setting.
The design of 3A Victoria Road replicates the rhythm of the existing buildings whilst providing a design distinct from neighbouring properties. Careful use of detailing in the form of splayed window reveals, corralling and dentil courses add interest and reference the traditional of the neighbouring buildings whilst the scheme delivers an individual contemporary property.
