Osbornes Architects undertook a condition survey and produced a schedule of repairs for the Grade I Listed Harvard House. Repairs to internal and external lime rendered panels, timber repairs, stone repair and lead works were undertaken.
Regular inspection and recording were required for the works and detailed records kept for future reference.
Osbornes were also appointed as Principal Designer for the project and worked closely with the client and contractor to establish safe working both over the public highway and in a rear courtyard with limited access.
